Refund policy

Physical Film Orders

Physical film orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the package is unopened. We are unable to accept returns of opened packages.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, contact us at filmisfun.shop@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (LUTs, presets, and other digital downloads) are final. Because there is no way to return a digital product once it has been delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds on digital purchases.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away at filmisfun.shop@gmail.com if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can make it right.
